REFUND requests for online eCourses must be received via e-mail by [email protected] within seven (7) business days of the date of purchase. No refunds will be issued more than seven (7) business days after the date of purchase. Students requesting a refund after the (7) business day refund period may receive a CREDIT up to (14) business days from the date of purchase that is equal to the dollar amount of the original purchase. That credit may be used toward the purchase of a future eCourse. Due to the intellectual property of the eCourse, no refunds or credits will be issued if a student has logged into the course. All credits must be used within 12 months.
